Easy Installation WordPress & WooCommerce Compatible Self-Hosted On Your Own Site 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Seven features. One job: more real reviews.

No modules to buy, no per-location tiers, no collection cap. Everything below is included in the single $59-a-year licence.

01

A branded review page that looks like your business

Reviews Wall gives you a hosted review page that matches your site — your name, your colours, your wording. Customers land on something that feels like you, not like a form from a third-party platform.

The page asks one question — how was your experience? — and reads the answer from a star tap. That is the whole interaction. Tap the stars below and you will get exactly what a real customer gets.

02

Every customer is invited to review. Unhappy ones can reach you first.

Every customer who lands on your review page is invited to leave a public Google review — nobody is filtered out, and nothing is hidden. What changes is that a customer who had a poor experience is also offered a direct way to tell you about it, before they decide what to write in public.

That private message goes to your team, where you can reply, follow up, or turn it into a support ticket. Most complaints are fixable when you hear them the same day. This is service recovery, not review suppression — the public path stays open to everyone, always.

03

One tap from a happy customer to your Google review box

The gap between “I would happily review you” and an actual review is usually four or five steps: find the business on Google, scroll to reviews, tap write a review, sign in, remember what you wanted to say. Most people quit somewhere in the middle.

Reviews Wall closes that gap. A customer who rates their visit highly goes straight to your Google Business Profile with the review box already open, on the device already in their hand.

04

Public reviews and private feedback, in one dashboard

Ratings, review volume, sentiment and trend over time — all in one place inside your WordPress admin, so you can see whether what you changed last month actually moved anything.

Private feedback lands in the same dashboard as public reviews. That matters: the two halves of your reputation stop living in separate inboxes, and nothing quietly goes unanswered.

Built to lift your Google Business Profile

Local search rewards businesses with a steady flow of recent, genuine reviews. A profile that gained forty reviews this quarter reads very differently to Google — and to a customer comparing three options — than one that has been sitting on the same eleven reviews since 2023.

Reviews Wall is built around that flow: ask every customer, make the public path effortless, keep it running without anyone remembering to do it.

07

WordPress-native, self-hosted, and yours

Reviews Wall runs inside the site you already own. Your review page lives on your domain, your feedback stays in your database, and there is no external dashboard for your team to learn or your data to sit in.

It works with modern WordPress themes and with WooCommerce, the design can be adjusted in the settings or with your own CSS, and email support is included in the licence.

Questions about the features

Anything not covered here — ask before you buy, not after.

Email support is included with every licence — ask us before you buy.
Will the review page match my theme?

Yes. The review page is designed to carry your branding, and the settings include design options and templates. If you want it pixel-exact to your site, you can adjust colours, text and custom CSS.

Where does private feedback actually go?

It is stored privately in your own WordPress site and shown in the Reviews Wall dashboard alongside public reviews, so your team can respond, follow up, or convert it into a support ticket. It is never published unless you choose to publish it.

Does Reviews Wall stop customers leaving negative public reviews?

No, and it is not designed to. Every customer is invited to review publicly on Google. The private channel is an additional way to reach you, not a replacement for the public one — selectively blocking or discouraging negative reviews would breach Google's review policies and the FTC rule on consumer reviews.

Do I need WooCommerce to use it?

No. Reviews Wall works on any modern WordPress site. It is also compatible with WooCommerce if you run a store.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Installation is a normal WordPress plugin install, and your review page is generated for you. Most sites are collecting reviews within minutes of activating the licence.
